Practical info
How to festival?

Go to your app-store and download the Lotto Brussels Jazz Weekend-app for free or use this QR-code. With the app you can pay at the bars, get discounts and extra’s, get updates on what’s happening at the festival and of course discover the program and the artists.

Adding money to your app-wallet is safe, easy and fast thanks to our partner Payconiq by Bancontact.

Buy drinks & food at our bars

We sell drinks and food to make sure you have a good time and to make some money so we can keep organizing this festival with free access. That’s why bringing bottles or cans to consume at the venues is not allowed.

Looking for a snack? At the bars you can buy delicious snacks and apéro-boxes by OKay!

Festival guidelines

1. Have fun, be respectful and kind.
Everybody is welcome, we don’t tolerate discrimination or violence in any form.
Reach out to the stewards if you are confronted with or witnessing violence or discrimination.

2. Buy drinks and food at the official festival bars to support the festival and artists.
Bringing your own drinks to the festival area is not cool, and not allowed.
Except for your reusable water bottle, that’s cool.

3. No drugs, no weapons and drink with caution.
We want you all to get home safely and come back next year.

4. Brussels is a beautiful city, let’s keep it that way.
No littering please, throw garbage in the garbage cans or take it back home.

Protect your ears

CM provides free earplugs at the bars. If you feel the music is too loud for you or your friends are annoying, feel free to pick up a set. You're welcome.
