Every money transfer has a fixed transaction cost.

Tip: It’s more cost-effective to upload credit for the whole festival-period at once and ask for a refund afterwards than to top-up four times or more.

App-wallet

A credit surplus of €1,00 in the app-wallet is refundable after the festival. A transaction cost of €1,00 will be automatically deducted.
For technical and practical reasons, refunds can only be requested via the app between June 1 and June 15 and will take a couple of days to process.
If you have not claimed your credits by June 15, 2024 you renounce the right for a refund.

Top-up cards

Top-up cards are not refundable at the festival. You transfer the money on a top-up card to the app and apply for a refund via the app.
